Bife Sugo!

15 Sep

Today I went with my co-workers to eat lunch at a restaurant called Bife Sugo, which directly translates as “Beef Sauce.”
Edit: I actually went to BifeSujo, which means “dirty beef.”  See: Comments Section

I can’t say that my plate was particularly full.

In Brazil’s defense they have a lot of “Kilo” restaurants, where you go through a buffet and then weigh everything at the end.  I’ve been eating a lot of really delicious salads this way for lunch, although most places lack other vegetarian accompaniments.  A lot of times they make it so close…for example spaghetti with broccoli, but I think by the time they get done cooking they always decide, “What this really needs are just a few extra ______” {bacon bits, hot dog chunks, beef cubes, and so on, and so forth}

In other news, doesn’t this article blow your mind?  Fidel, dolphins, what?!?
